COVENTRY Speedway are offering Meeting Sponsorship packages for companies and individuals in the 2013 season. Invite your clients or colleagues for an action-packed VIP evening with the Buildbase Bees.
Meeting Sponsorship is available for all fixtures next season and is a great way for you and your colleagues to enjoy a night at the speedway.
The cost of sponsoring a meeting starts at £500 - please e-mail commercial@coventrybees.co to register your interest and discuss packages and possible dates.
Your evening will include any or all of the following:
• Your name or company name featured on the front cover of your sponsored meeting match day programme, and on the club website in meeting build-up
• Your name or company name announced via the public address system
• VIP Passes
• Match day programmes
• Buffet served in our private hospitality suite, overlooking the home straight. Private bar available
• Panoramic view of the whole track
• Experienced host from the sport of speedway
• An escorted visit to the pits before the meeting starts
• The chance to watch a couple of heats from centre green
• A visit from one of our Elite League star riders for photos/autographs
• Invitation to choose the ‘Man of the Match’ and present your chosen rider with a bottle of Coventry Bees champagne.
• A photograph of your ‘Man of the Match’ presentation in our next match day programme
• Framed ‘Man of the Match’ presentation photo for the host as a momento of your evening
Meeting Sponsorship package starts at £500. Price applies to 16 guests. Extra guests will be charged at £50 per person.
